Job Description Summary

Provide scheduling support for in-person and web-based participant meetings, presented by Retirement Plan Consultants (RPCs) to plan clients throughout the U.S.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Schedule participant meetings requested by plan clients.
Check RPC schedules and coordinate meetings based on geographic locations and availability.
Work with Client Management and Transition Services to support education needs for specific plans; secure resources, book dates/times, and confirm associated activities are handled in a timely manner.
Track and report on education meeting activities specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

High school education.
Two years of administrative support or related experience.
Communication and interpersonal skills for frequent contact with RPCs and other internal partners.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational skills to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
Problem-solving skills to resolve logistical issues.
Proficiency using MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using scheduling tools.

Working Conditions

Remote Office environment.

Compensation

**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.**

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $50-60K. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for a 6% Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
