Position Overview:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of critical shipments across the globe. You will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring that all processes meet our high standards of quality and urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international and time-sensitive shipments, particularly within the aviation industry (AOG).
- Communicate with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of logistics operations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
- Provide proactive updates and solutions to clients regarding the status of their shipments.
- Handle and manage documentation, including customs paperwork, shipping invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Respond to urgent requests and provide critical support for emergency logistics needs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, quotes, and communications in the company’s transport management system.
- Establish accurate quotes for clients based on shipment requirements, including international transportation, customs, and special handling needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.72 - $29.76 per hour

Schedule:
Experience:
- Logistics Coordinator: 4 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge of aviation, specifically AOG operations: 3 years (Preferred)
