Move Coordinator Job Summary
Nedrac. Inc. is seeking a Move Coordinator to join our growing Government Service team. This position is full time, salary compensation. You will be working remote from your residence. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to respond to assigned Relocation Requests from the Department of State and GSA Government Agencies. You will service assigned Relocation Requests Door to Door domestically and internationally. This position reports directly to the Managing Director of Nedrac. Inc. Our ideal applicant has at least a High School Diploma and experience in customer service. Experience within the international and domestic moving, freight and logistics industry is a requirement.
Move Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
· Communicate with Government Agency, moving customers and packing/delivery agents throughout the process of the move via phone and email.
· Data Entry of move assignments into our internal Move Star system along with updating data of dates, weights and routing details.
- Booking of Air and Sea Freight
- Compare Agent and Freight rates for a profitable outcome for Nedrac.
- Following through the move process and ensure satisfaction and timely delivery of shipment at destination with a positive result on the final customer survey.
Move Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
· High School Diploma
- Communication skills using phone and email
- Understanding of basic Math and Data entry
- Understanding of the World and location of Countries
- Problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic
· Proficiency in the use of excel, word document, outlook, skype and G-Suite/Google Workspace
- Critical thinking and high level of organization skills
- Reliable Phone and Internet connection
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
