About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator to support their global logistics and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of inventory, coordinate with global 3PL partners, and handle documentation for shipments. This role requires a strong grasp of logistics processes and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records of inventory levels, incoming shipments, and sell-through data.
- Create purchase orders and manage inventory transfers across warehouses.
- Coordinate import/export documentation and ensure compliance with international logistics requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order fulfillment and shipping issues.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on resolving shortage and violation chargebacks.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support logistics and operations.
- Foundational knowledge of logistic and invetory management.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or inventory management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to the executive team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
Location and Working Hours:
This is a remote position with global responsibilities. Candidates should be adaptable to working across multiple time zones.
