We are looking for an assistant for a Tech Startup based in the US. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for tasks like expense management, calendar management, project management, and learning new software/tools as the company changes systems. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly.
Ideally looking for someone who has strong organizational skills, strong written and oral English skills are a must. Responsibilities would include data entry, scheduling, reviewing and preparing reports, following up with stakeholders on key items, organizing/taking notes, etc.
Must be proficient with Google Workspace. Experience with Slack, Hubspot, and/or Jira is preferred, but not required.
The role would align with Eastern Time - 7 AM - 3 PM ET.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Excellent English skills
