Client and Role Overview: Our client, an innovative platform focused on community and cultural experiences, is seeking a Supplier Outreach Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of sourcing and onboarding top suppliers, vendors, influencers, and creators. Responsibilities:
- Supplier Sourcing: Utilize proprietary and third-party tools to identify and onboard regional suppliers and vendors for our client’s platform.
- Strategic Supplier Identification: Select the best suppliers to serve as hosts, aligning with the platform’s needs and objectives.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage analytics and qualitative data to effectively present and position suppliers to the client’s HQ.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management and Project Management teams to align supplier recommendations with the client’s goals.
- Regional Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of local culture, community, and market dynamics to inform sourcing decisions.
- Supplier Evaluation: Assess potential suppliers using a proprietary ScoreCard system, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for identifying top talent, vendors, and suppliers and can navigate cultural and market nuances. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year in influencer marketing, supplier sourcing, or vetting creators and vendors.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to identify a diverse range of suppliers across various categories.
- Communication: Strong writing skills in the region’s native language, with the ability to communicate effectively with HQ in English.
- Platform Expertise: Proficient in using major search and social media platforms (Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and others).
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to work across time zones (HQ based in Los Angeles).
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working independently in a rapidly changing environment.
