Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency specializing in remote work opportunities. We connect talented individuals with top-tier companies across the globe. We are currently looking for an Account Strategist to join our client's team.
As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for:
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with English speaking clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Communicate with clients regularly and proactively by phone, applications, and/or email.
- Data Review and Decision Making: Analyze account data to identify problems, propose solutions, and present findings to clients and/or the offshore team.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain daily communication with stakeholders, leadership team, clients (as needed), and employees to ensure smooth operations and project progress.
- Task and Deadline Management: Set and manage tasks and deadlines for the team to ensure timely delivery.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and attend meetings as required.
- Documentation Review: Collect and review documents while ensuring they are properly filed.
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce with a preference for background or knowledge of Amazon FBA.
You'll need to experience with Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word/Excel/Outlook.
Experience with programs such as Monday.com and Discord is highly preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Must have reliable internet access and a functioning computer.
Ability to work and attend meetings in PST or CST time zones.
Proven record of maintaining confidential information.
Must have collaborated with multiple clients simultaneously, having developed the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and clients.
