Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operational pipeline, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Communicate with external stakeholders and developers to implement website changes and push updates live.
- Work closely with media buyers, setting KPIs and scorecards to track their performance.
- Manage all operational tasks that require coordination, problem-solving, and execution.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency.
- Proven experience in operations within an agency, with a focus on marketing or Google Ads.
- Strong familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Miro/Figma/Lucidchart, Slack, GDrive/Dropbox, Sheets, Zapier, PandaDoc, and GSuite.
- Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage and communicate with remote teams across different time zones.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Preferred location: Bali or anywhere in Asia.
