Air General, a national cargo handling company and passenger services provider, is looking for a professional Travel Services Coordinator in the Orlando, FL area to work remote to assist our clients and greeters within our Passenger Service Program. Job Responsibilities:

Manage all e/mail and telephone bookings during the assigned shift.
Ensure Greeters are assigned to all events.
Follow up prior to events with each Greeter.
Ensure Greeters provide full report after completion of each event.
Accurately record all events in the booking system so all information is ready for billing purposes.
Make decisions to assist the Greeters in the field during unusual circumstances.
Assist the Manager with administrative details as necessary.
Support the Manager in the quest to serve the customer and attract new business.
Support the Manager with data entry when required.

Prior airline, travel agency or airport experience desirable but not necessary.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess the ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
