We are looking for an assistant for a tax agency based in the US. We are looking for someone experienced working for a tax company. The ideal candidate should be tech saavy and will help setting up the CRM (taxdome).
Key Responsibilities
- Handling clients communications and appointments
- Setting up the new CRM
- Handle invoicing, direct deposits, and light bookkeeping.
- Maintain client files and document management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Excellent English skills
- Must work Pacific Time hours

- Competitive Salary: 600 - 1000 USD per month depending on certifications and experience
