Our client is a Conversion Rate Optimizer (CRO) agency that specializes in serving eCommerce Brands. The client is looking to hire a CRO Specialist. The role will mainly involve working with the founder, analyzing clients' data, and testing hypotheses through a/b testing and new solution implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Optimize client website for conversion rate by testing different hypotheses
- Collaborate with the CEO and the rest of the team for everything related to the design experiments.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources such as Google Analytics, customer surveys, and heatmaps to understand user behavior and pain points
- Deep dive and understand the persona of every brand's customer.
- Craft clear hypotheses and run tests to validate them
- Work closely with the UI/UX designer to create variations needed for the test
- Develop a test roadmap for each client
- Regularly report and update progress to each client
- Having a minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Google Analytics, Convert.com, Shopify, etc.
- Have knowledge/exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Analytical and Strategic thinking capabilities, able to plan and prioritize test strategies and roadmap
- Customer Focus Mindset: Able to conduct research and deeply understand the customer's persona
- Detail-oriented, ensure all tests are setup correctly
- Exposure to Copywriting and Cross Selling techniques.
