As a Client Success Specialist - Criminal Law & Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional support and building strong relationships. You will specifically focus on clients in the field of criminal law, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to meet their needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- - Demonstrating a commitment to clients by providing excellent customer service from initial conversation to end results
- - Managing the company's client relationships in the field of criminal law, including, but not limited to, calling, scheduling, and following up in regards to consultations, appointments, and billing
- - Utilizing your sales expertise to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling legal services
- - Handling a high volume of telephone calls and inquiries related to criminal law
- - Identifying and providing solutions to complex and diverse client-related issues in the criminal law field
- - Explaining the company's criminal law services to potential clients and highlighting the unique value proposition
- - De-escalating situations using compassion and empathy with clients facing criminal law issues
- - Collaborating with the legal team to ensure effective delivery of services and client satisfaction
- - Showcasing excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- - Working independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary in a remote work environment
- - Staying updated with the latest developments and trends in criminal law to better serve clients
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the criminal law industry
- Proven sales experience and expertise in upselling and cross-selling legal services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong knowledge of criminal law and legal procedures
- Up-to-date resume complete with relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a criminal law setting
- Cover letter highlighting your skillset and experience in sales and criminal law
- Bilingual preferred
