Position Overview:
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns across major platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, TikTok, Google, and others. You will work closely with our creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are not only aligned with our clients' goals but are also reflective of the latest trends in the digital space. Your analytical mindset and data-driven approach will be key in assessing campaign performance and making informed decisions to optimize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Design, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels.
- Conversion Tracking: Implement pixel and conversion tracking using GTM and GA4
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment, adjusting bids, creatives, and strategies as necessary.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and creative trends to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and report findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different creatives, audiences, and platforms to identify the best-performing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different platforms and campaigns to maximize efficiency and results.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Client Communication: Communicate campaign progress and results to clients, offering expert advice on how to improve and expand their digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and Google.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the latest social media trends, creative trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging ad copy and visual assets in collaboration with the creative team.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends, technologies, and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
