Hankev International - $24 per hour + Commission + Bonus - Full time (8hours/day)

Hankev International, Inc (www.hankev.com) is a starting up company in U.S. We have branch offices in Los Angeles, Chicago and Ohio. Our main products are specialty steel.
THE MARKET OPPORTUNITY
The main products are Manganese Steel and AR Steel. The former material is widely used in shot blast machine manufacturing and the later one used in Aggregate, Construction, and Mining Industries. We have a strong relationship with the mill so we have a very advanced purchasing channel. It is a very nice opportunity to join us during the start up period when our company extend the U.S. market.
BASIC FUNCTION
Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting and generating new commercial business. This position requires cold calling and outside sales on commercial accounts in the field to generate new sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and pricing structure.
· Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
· Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions.
· Meet or exceed sales/revenue goals.
· Manage assigned company-generated leads through to business close.
· Complete scheduled and in person prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with key decision makers.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals to key decision makers.
· Develop and maintain a working knowledge of local business.
· Communicate weekly with Manager on sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma, 2 years work experience;
· Minimum 1 years in outside business-to-business sales.
· Previous in person prospecting experience.
· Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be organized with good time management skills.
· Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed sales/revenue goals.
· Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.

EARNINGS POTENTIAL
· $50,000 to $80,000 annual income after ramp-up period.
