Job Description
We are seeking a Business Support Assistant - CPR to temporarily join our team. This might be an entry-level position with a 3-6 month contract, but the view is fantastic! In this role, you will provide key operational and administrative support to a variety of departments and gain an inside view of how a multimillion-dollar company functions day-to-day. The position requires strong administrative skills, a customer-service orientation and the ability to learn on your feet. Applicants should have proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. The ideal candidate also possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A day on the job looks like this:
- Transferring data information from an old system (NET docs) to a new system (Levelpath)
- Tracking the progress of a category
- Participating in work across multiple categories to ensure best procurement practices to internal stakeholders
- Recording and distributing minutes or other records for meetings
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0–1 years of experience in Procurement a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Ability to work independently
