Who We Want
The Authenticity Agent’s main responsibilities center around monitoring large volumes of user generated content with respect to fraudulent activity. Agents learn what review fraud is and is not, to tirelessly protect consumers from inauthentic content. Agents utilize a case management system to identify and research content for fraudulent behavior and take appropriate action against this content.
The Authenticity Agent actively participates in a 4-day, paid training program which starts Monday, September 16 through Thursday, September 19, between 9am – 3pm CT. The blended curriculum consists of multiple virtual meetings, online group activities, as well as offline self-study. The Authenticity Agent will have strong analytical skills, the ability to learn and apply concepts quickly and investigate trends independently.
After the training program is complete, the Authenticity Agent will commit to working a semi-flexible schedule of 20 hours per week, in a set 2-hour block. This includes one, 2-hour block on the weekend, once a month.
- Earned a bachelor’s degree or equivalent international credential.
- Live in and have authorization to work in the United States. MUST be a resident of one of these states: TX (preferred and priority state), AR, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MS, NE, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, VA, and WI.
- 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferred in online fraud prevention or investigation.
- Able to attend mandatory training starting Monday, September 16 through Friday, September 19, 9am – 3pm Central Time.
- Strong aptitude to identify trends, analyze data and explore new strategies.
- Passion for analyzing and researching historical trends.
- Confident in making decisions and acting when things are obscure.
- Commit to taking ownership of your job performance to achieve or exceed performance benchmarks and metrics.
- Consistently committed to working a semi-flexible schedule of 20 hours per week, including one, 2-hour shift on the weekend, once a month.
- Excel at actively engaging with team members in a remote environment.
- Proficient with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), online communication tools (Slack and Teams), and forums, and web applications.
This is a part-time, work from home position. The base pay is $14 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $20 per hour based on quarterly performance metrics.
