What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Care & Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for families navigating cremation and end-of-life services. You'll guide them with compassion, educate them on their options, and help them feel confident. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answer inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
- Understand families’ needs and explain service options clearly.
- Guide leads through a structured sales process with care and follow-up.
- Maintain contact via calls, texts, and emails to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service handoffs.
- Track and update lead progress in internal systems and CRM tools.
- Participate in regular team check-ins and share feedback.
- Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for motivated, compassionate sales professionals with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in consumer sales. (Required) Experience in customer service and hospitality is a plus.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). (Required)
- A stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup. (Required)
- A clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.
- Strong organization and comfort with tools like CRMs and VoIP.
- A quiet, distraction-free home office.
