We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This is a fully remote, contract position. Work when its most convenient for you, just make sure you never miss a deadline!
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other documents
- Develop and Drafts SOPs
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized digital filing systems
- Provide light coaching services for our entrepreneurial clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Previous experience in work from home environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
