Our client, a US-based firm, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential bookkeeping services to the clients. This is a full-time role.
We are looking for someone with Xero and E-commerce experience
The working time is somewhat flexible, as you will need to overlap with at least 10am - 1pm ET.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly financial reports.
- Must have very thorough Xero knowledge.
- Must have very good Excel knowledge
- Ideally must have some US tax experience.
- Must be very thorough and detail-oriented. Must be able to classify all transactions, generate balance sheet, P&L and cashflow statements.
- Must know accrual accounting and cash based.
- Must be able to collect multiple data points from our systems to generate financial reports.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting related field
- Excellent English skills
