The client need a Google Ads expert who can take ownership of client accounts, develop winning strategies, and scale accounts profitably. You will be managing high-budget campaigns across search, shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads, optimizing them for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Scale Google Ads Accounts – Oversee multiple e-commerce accounts, ensuring each one is optimized for growth and profitability.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution – Launch, optimize, and scale non-brand search, shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Client Communication – Lead client calls, provide clear performance insights, and set expectations for scaling strategies.
- Budget Allocation & Scaling – Make data-driven decisions on ad spend allocation, prioritizing high-performing campaigns.
- Performance Max & Shopping Strategy – Implement structured Performance Max builds, test asset groups, and leverage audience insights to improve campaign performance.
- Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration – Work with the creative team to develop high-converting ad copy and image/video creatives.
- A/B Testing & CRO Focus – Test different bidding strategies, ad copy, audience targeting, and landing page optimizations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Use Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and in-platform insights to identify the highest-impact optimizations.
- Stay Ahead of Google Ads Trends – Adapt to Google algorithm changes, new campaign types, and emerging automation features.
- Google Ads Expert – At least two years of hands-on experience managing high-budget e-commerce campaigns.
- Client-Facing Professional – Can clearly explain campaign performance, data insights, and strategy recommendations to clients.
- Data-Driven Marketer – Able to analyze metrics, assess trends, and make optimizations that improve ROAS.
- Proactive Problem-Solver – Can identify and fix inefficiencies without needing micromanagement.
- Fluent in English – Can write compelling ad copy and communicate clearly with clients and the team.
- Highly Organized – Can manage multiple accounts effectively without losing track of optimizations and key deadlines.
- Driven to Scale – Enjoys the challenge of growing accounts, testing new strategies, and continuously improving performance.
- Experience with YouTube Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Shopping & Feed Optimization.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and its impact on ad performance.
