We're seeking a results-driven CRO Specialist for a European advertising agency. This person will be responsible for optimizing the client's e-commerce performance, focusing on conversion rate improvements across Shopify platform and related digital assets.
This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to enhance the customer journey and maximize revenue.
Responsabilities:
Conversion Optimization & A/B Testing:
- Ideate and launch A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across landing pages, product pages, and the overall customer journey.
- Analyze test results, provide data-driven insights, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement in conversion performance.
Landing Page Briefing & Updates:
- Create detailed briefs for landing pages, ensuring they align with client goals, target audience, and conversion objectives.
- Oversee the execution of landing page updates based on data insights, ensuring improvements in user experience and conversion rates.
Shopify Expertise:
- Know how to manage product setups on Shopify, ensuring that all necessary configurations are in place for optimal performance.
- Have experience with subscription apps & set-up.
- Customize product pages, checkout flow, and other elements of the Shopify store for improved user experience and conversion optimization.
- Use Shopify customizer and other no-code tools to make design and functionality updates as needed.
No-Code Builders:
- Leverage no-code tools and builders to make changes to landing pages, funnels, and sales pages without requiring developer assistance.
- Implement user-friendly modifications and improvements to the website, ensuring scalability and ease of use.
Design & Developer Management & Feedback:
- Provide feedback to the design and development teams to ensure the designs and technical work align with the CRO strategy and performance goals.
- Efficiently communicate and brief tasks, set deadlines for the team
- Collaborate on design mockups and prototypes, giving input on how they can be optimized for conversion.
Post-Purchase Flow Optimization:
- Set up and optimize post-purchase upsell flows to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) and average order value (AOV).
- Implement strategies for creating seamless post-purchase experiences that increase repeat purchases and customer engagement.
E-commerce Strategy Development:
- Lead the development of CRO strategies tailored to e-commerce stores, focusing on optimizing the entire customer journey from landing page to checkout and post-purchase.
- Leverage e-commerce-specific strategies such as cart abandonment recovery, upselling, and personalized product recommendations.
Continuous Learning & Trend Analysis:
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in conversion optimization, e-commerce, and user experience design.
- Regularly review and implement best practices, industry innovations, and new tools to continually improve performance.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to understand their goals, share progress, and manage expectations regarding CRO projects.
- Provide clients with post-testing insights, explain the impact of conversion rate optimizations, and offer actionable recommendations.
Proven CRO Experience:
- Demonstrated success in improving conversion rates and achieving e-commerce goals.
- Portfolio showcasing successful A/B tests and CRO initiatives.
Shopify Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform and its customization features.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with no-code website builders and CRO tools.
E-commerce Knowledge:
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and key metrics (AOV, CLV, etc.).
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop and implement long-term CRO strategies.
