Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Handle guest communications, check-ins/check-outs, last-minute bookings, and emergency situations.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties remain guest-ready and well-maintained.
- Monitor property conditions with photo documentation to support dispute resolution.
- Manage daily operational tasks like tracking security devices, kitchen supplies, and coordinating cleaning schedules.
- Ensure guest behavior compliance by monitoring noise sensors and surveillance, stepping in to de-escalate situations if necessary.
- Handle claims and disputes with online travel agencies.
Business Support:
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve property performance and guest satisfaction.
- Support research for market analysis and competitive insights to drive business development.
- Maintain and improve internal processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Experience: Background in real estate, property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay detail-focused.
Problem-Solving: Comfortable handling guest issues, disputes, and team coordination with a proactive mindset.
