We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Assistant to manage the backend operations of a Shopify-based U.S. e-commerce business. The ideal candidate has worked with high-SKU (100+ SKUs) stores, handling order fulfillment, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Shopify operations, ensuring efficient fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
- Handle order fulfillment and supply chain coordination to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Conduct email and DM outreach to customers and vendors as needed.
- Maintain and update Google Sheets with key operational data.
- Must have experience working with a Shopify-based U.S. e-commerce business.
- Experience managing backend operations (order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service).
- Must have worked with high-SKU stores (100+ SKUs).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Availability during EST working hours.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in E-commerce/DTC companies.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Discord.
