As the Learning Operations Specialist, you will facilitate the day-to-day functions related to the organization's trademark and copyright filings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safeguarding brand assets. This role supports various departmental operational projects, including accreditation and standard activities.
Responsibilities as the Learning Operations Specialist include:
- Oversee registrations, renewals, and filings; address infringement issues; maintain detailed documentation.
- Manage PD contracts, accreditation documentation, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
- Coordinate Subject Matter Experts for Professional Development projects.
- Prepare department reports and presentations and maintain organized records.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Learning Operations Manager.
To be successful as a Learning Operations Specialist, you should have:
- 4+ years of operational experience with exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Attention to detail and knowledge of trademark and copyright requirements are essential.
- Solid ability to read, write, and communicate in English, including summarizing legal and research documents and responding to inquiries effectively.
- Skilled in solving practical problems, interpreting instructions, and managing non-standardized situations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet software.
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to manage and comprehend legal, contractual, and business-related materials.
