Micro-Tech Endoscopy USA (MTU) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for Latin America to lead and support the region's marketing strategies and initiatives. This full-time role plays a critical part in driving business growth by developing tailored marketing plans, executing product launches, and building relationships with key stakeholders across LATAM. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the LATAM commercial team, US-based product managers, and global partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for Latin America (LATAM), acting as the main point of contact for distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to LATAM, accounting for regional nuances, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the LATAM sales team, distributors, and clinical teams to create and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue and market growth.
- Plan and manage product launches, including obtaining regulatory approvals, identifying target countries, and coordinating with distributors and sales teams to execute tailored go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage resources from the US Marketing team by adapting and translating marketing materials for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking audiences in LATAM.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region to support promotional activities, events, and product development strategies.
- Support distribution channels by providing tools, training, and resources to enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop annual business plans, including revenue goals, budget allocation, and customer targets.
- Represent MTU at society events, tradeshows, and promotional meetings to strengthen brand presence and build strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities, address challenges, and position products effectively in the region.
- Monitor market dynamics to identify opportunities for partnerships, product portfolio enhancements, and additional revenue streams.
- Ensure ethical business practices and compliance with corporate and local regulatory requirements across all activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical device marketing in Latin America, with a strong focus on downstream product marketing (5+ years required).
- Minimum 5 years of surgical medical device experience required, with demonstrated success in managing product portfolios and driving profitability.
- Minimum 1 year of upstream product marketing experience preferred, with the ability to liaise effectively between R&D and downstream initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience building and maintaining relationships with influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Latin America.
- Proven track record in product management in Latin America, including maintenance activities (e.g., product registrations, addressing distributor needs).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Proficiency in Portuguese (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with product registration processes in Latin America.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise in leading projects and utilizing marketing automation tools and direct mail applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including internationally across Latin America, to attend tradeshows, support product launches, collaborate with distributors, and engage with key stakeholders such as sales teams, clinical professionals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
