Are you a surfer and a people person? Would you like to travel the world to tropical luxury surfing destinations? Tropicsurf is recruiting customer-centric couples or singles who can pack their bags and work from our international luxury surfing resorts. We’re recruiting now with on-site training scheduled in the Maldives in early 2025.
Currently boasting a team of more than forty surf guides and coaches, Tropicsurf is on the hunt for more high calibre, self-starting surfers to live the dream at one of its many idyllic five-star locations. Think Zippers at One&Only Palmilla Mexico, Occy’s Left at Nihi Sumba Indonesia, Sultans at Four Seasons Maldives.
Some of the necessary personal criteria include:
- Surfing experience (for at least one person if applying as a couple)
- Physical strength and fitness incorporating an ability to complete lifeguarding qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, self starting capabilities, humbleness, business acumen, passion across a diverse range of surfing pursuits
- A proven ability to work away from home for extended periods, an eagerness to serve others, and a love of surfing.
For couples please note that it is not a requirement for both be surfers. Whilst it is advantageous, typically the non-surfing applicant must demonstrate good administration skills and outstanding customer assistance commensurate with a five-star service environment.
