This company is seeking a Land Agent to assist in the expansion of our company. this company has approximately 50 employees and has recently entered the USA market, establishing a small team of four individuals.
Fully remote with 50% travel to clients Preferred Location: Ideally in the Mid-west states, but candidates from anywhere will be considered Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in land acquisition
- Strong proficiency in negotiation and permitting
- Ideally, familiarity with SPP, MISO, ERCOT, or WECC regions
- Prior involvement in projects of at least 50 MW, preferably 100 MW+ or exceeding 500 acres
- Proficient in GIS and knowledgeable about environmental stages
- Interest in gaining experience in later stages of the development process Compensation:
- Maximum salary of $120,000, preferably under $100,000 with a 20% bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
