Skills Required:

Demonstrate expertise in building and maintaining web and mobile applications with extensive experience in .NET Core (including ASP.NET). Proficient in C#, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML, and REST API to create new business applications and interfaces or maintain/modify existing ones. Skilled at identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex application problems. Proficient at complex coding in Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL to extract, filter, and aggregate data elements. Strong skills in creating stored procedures, functions, and queries to ensure efficient data manipulation. Demonstrate expertise at creating document code functionality clearly and concisely. Strong working experience in Blazor.NET, VB.NET, Power-BI reporting, SQL package, and Web Service in SOAP.

Experience Required:

- 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH APPLICATION SYSTEMS SIMILAR TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. - 3 years of experience with Case Management, Invoice and Billing Systems. - 2-3 years of experience in with cloud computing platforms such as Azure and AWS. - 2 years of experience applying agile Development principles and DevOps practices.

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or closely related field.
