We are seeking a passionate and experienced Entertainment Travel Consultant with a deep appreciation for travel, music, and the arts. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing travel arrangements for high-profile entertainment clients, including artists, bands, production crews, and industry executives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop tailored travel itineraries for global music tours, considering the unique needs of artists, bands, and production teams.
Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and VIP services.
Navigate and resolve unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tour managers, agents, personal assistants, and industry personnel.
Stay current with tourism and music industry trends through conference attendance and ongoing education.
Create and maintain detailed electronic records, reports, and touring schedules.
Manage financial documentation and work towards revenue and profit targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a travel consultant, preferably in the entertainment industry.
Expertise in travel booking software, particularly GDS system Sabre.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on VIP clientele.
Extensive knowledge of domestic and international group travel logistics.
Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

Personal travel experience and/or background in the music industry.
Understanding of confidentiality requirements for high-profile clients.
Experience working with corporate or entertainment clients.
